Daddy, Mommy, and James

There once was a boy and his dad,
Who were constantly joyful and glad,
Together they'd play,
And read books all day,
Till Dad left since his work began.

James' mother and he were a pair,
With Daddy at work she'd compare,
When Daddy was here,
She had help from her dear,
And without him at home it's a bear.

James loudly voices his say,
That he'd like to stay up all day,
When night time is here,
It's just as we feared,
His crib it not where he'll stay.

Great pictures.

Nana and Popeye are looking forward to seeing all 3 of you again soon! It gets harder to wait as it gets closer.

Oops! Didn't expect that previous comment to show up as anon - e - mouse. Guess I'll have to set up a user name. "Popeye" should do -- no secret to James and Mommy and Daddy who that would be!

It's not that James is so bad,
Though he certainly likes time with his dad.
And days with mom sure make him glad.
But he told me one night, with a sigh,
He's excited, for the day draweth nigh,
When he'll visit his Nana and Popeye!

It's true the boy is excited--
You might even say he's delighted--
To visit G-A
In three weeks and a day
And see Brian and Courtney united!

My goodness, I wonder if St. James will be such a poet. He has such good teachers that I have no doubt he will be brilliant :)

I am so looking forward to seeing St. James and of course his mommy and daddy as well.
